This is where it all began. One of Portland's Very First Food Carts. Yes, they've been running this cart for more than 23 years as of 2018. Starting on 9th and Yamhill and eventually moved to 10th and Alder, this family owned and operated food cart is one of Portland's originals. Starting on 9th and Yamhill before the Fox Tower or that gorgeous new fountain, the husband and wife have been keeping Snow White House alive. Since then, the food cart scene in PDX has expanded.
Food quality is number one for the owner. She puts organic ingredients and love into these crepes. You won't find more quality crepes with fresher ingredients anywhere else. Yes, the eggs are organic, and so is the spinach, bananas, and the strawberries. I've told her that she'd make more profit by buying non-organic, but she says that she only wants to feed her customers the very best as long as she is around.
The owners are not as young as they used to be, so food can sometimes be a wait. But it's well worth it. -

This place is the bomb. Truly some of the best crepe combinations and very consistent--really thankful they came to Cartlandia.
The only drawback is the cart faces sideways, so it is not always easy to tell if it is open or not--and sometimes the cook doesn't notice if you are there. Maybe a sign or bell would help. -

Yummm!!! Great price for quality crepes. I love the spinach and cheese with added egg, its filling and completely delicious!

GO HERE if you have never had a crepe. Scientifically perfect balance of flavor and texture. I can't wait to try their whole menu. I am so glad they are at Cartlandia and open late!

Great and yummy delicious crepes in Portland you must try it!
I returned yesterday and i saw the lady itchy her nose without wearing gloves i just walked away and never come back again!!! Its really DISGUSTING !!!
